Monday morning
Dawn session at the SurfPark
- Sunrise over the wave. The SurfPark is waiting, founding member slot reserved.
- Breakfast at the villa, terrace, coffee facing the garden.
Tuesday afternoon
Health check at the Medico-Sports Centre
- Pre-practice health assessment at the WaveCare project. 30 minutes, no waiting room. (Subject to applicable health authority approvals.)
- Hydrotherapy session, back to the villa through the landscaped park.
Wednesday lunchtime
Surf lessons for the kids · Surf school
- The kids are riding waves; you read at the Hub food court.
- Healthy lunch, rooftop reading, the kids come back proud.
Friday evening
Private dinner at the Le Surf Club
- Founding members evening at the clubhouse. Cocktails, surf talk, rooftop.
- Your guests are staying at the Village residence. No journey, no stress.
Saturday morning
Brunch & family session
- Rooftop brunch. View over the SurfPark, the kids at the trampoline park.
- Afternoon: stroll through the landscaped park; 3 hectares of trees.

Inspired by the surf villas of the Landes and Basque coast, pale wood, XXL floor-to-ceiling windows, indoor-outdoor living, central patio, low-pitch roofs. Every Biarritz Road villa breathes light, nature and the South-West art of living.

Annual health assessments, priority sports medicine, physical conditioning, hydrotherapy, senior and family programmes. Subject to applicable health authority approvals. No medical service is open to the public at this stage.

Skatepark, trampoline park, tennis, padel, climbing, fitness trail, pool, food courts, surf shop, coworking, priority owner access and preferential pricing.
★ The Village welcomes a broad community: day visitors, seasonal members, occasional residents and owners. Each level of commitment gives access to dedicated services and time slots.
