The Concept: Six worlds on one spot
If the SurfPark is the lungs of Surfers Village Paris, The Hive is its beating heart.
It is not just a restaurant, not just a coworking space, not just a shop. It is the junction point between all the worlds of the Village: the surfer coming out of a session crosses the resident taking their coffee, who crosses the executive on a video call, who crosses the children at camp, who cross the athlete finishing their rehabilitation at the Health Centre. Everyone meets here, without looking for it. That is what a real village is.
Restaurants & Cafés
Several F&B concepts under one roof: coffee bar from dawn, post-surf smoothies, weekend brunch, evening cocktails. Local and healthy food for athletes, vegetarians, all family friendly.
Shops
Several complementary boutiques: flagship surf shop, lifestyle & outdoor boutiques, on-site shaping workshop and repair. The Village's equipment hub.
Indoor Sports
Access to all the Village's indoor disciplines goes through The Hive: climbing, skatepark, gym and physical conditioning, yoga/pilates studios, indoor padel, physio and treatments.
Coworking
Light-filled open space, private meeting rooms, video-call booths. Day-pass or monthly subscription. The office with a view of the spot, 5 minutes from Paris-CDG.
Event space
A unique venue for event creation. Modular, atypical, integrated at the heart of the Village with a view of the spot: the perfect setting for exceptional moments.
The Rooftop
A panoramic terrace overlooking the surf spot, open to the horizon, where the sun sets over the wave. Magic hour, golden hour, sunset, a unique atmosphere for after-work drinks, cocktails, dinner.

The early risers' coffee
Coffee of your choice, pastries, the news. Villa residents, hotel guests, the first surfers before the first light of day.
The coworkers arrive
Paris executives working remotely, freelancers, entrepreneurs on a day-pass. Pro wi-fi, noise-cancelling headsets, video-call booths with a view of the spot.
Children's camps & visits
Snack break for children between two surf sessions, educational Village visits, first arrivals of incentive groups.
The lunch rush
A crowd on the terrace. Bowls, salads, grilled fish, traditional dishes, burgers for all tastes. The most diverse menu in Île-de-France.
Shopping & shaping
The shop running at full speed. Board advice from the resident shaper, wetsuit fitting, customisation. Children come to watch ding repair live.
After-work & sunset session
Up to the Rooftop. Cocktails, DJ sets Thursday to Saturday, view of the sunset over the wave. Athletes out of the Health Centre join the party.
Gala evening or film premiere
On the Event Stage: Surf film premiere, foundation gala dinner, privatised corporate evening, or a simple large family table. The Hive transforms.
Last call, tomorrow it starts again
The wave keeps running. The first dawn surfers are already booking their slot. Surfers Village Paris has seen 1,500 people pass through today, and no two were alike.

The Hive is connected to everything
The Hive is not a satellite, it is the crossroads. Every other place in the Village leads naturally to it, through pedestrian flows, architectural transitions, shared services. For Indoor and Outdoor Sports, it is a mandatory passage.
The SurfPark
Direct access via the changing rooms. The surfer arrives at The Hive coming out of the water, still in their wetsuit, for a coffee or brunch.
The School
The Hive is also the waiting room for parents & spectators, for those coming for surf lessons. Children at camp eat here.
The Surf Club
Member evenings, surf cinema, competition screenings, annual general meeting. The Hive is the club's home.
The Health Centre
Day-hospital patients have lunch at the heart of The Hive. The smoothie bar offers recipes co-designed with the Health Centre's dieticians.
Indoor Sports
You enter via The Hive. Changing rooms, showers, lockers, badge access: climbing, gym, yoga, indoor padel, fitness, physio studios, all the indoor sports of Surfers Village Paris.
Outdoor Sports
You leave via The Hive. The Hive terrace opens directly onto the SurfPark, the Driving Lounge, the outdoor padel courts, beach volleyball, the outdoor fitness area.
