A Village designed for multi-sport: a broad range of indoor disciplines to defy the weather, even more outdoors when the sun comes out. All in one place, all year round.
★ Programmatic ambitions. The disciplines, surfaces and equipment described below constitute the Village's ambitions. Sports operators, definitive equipment and accessibility levels will be agreed contractually with the selected partners.

AT THE HEART OF THE HIVE, VISCERALLY LINKED TO THE WAVE
The Aqua Leisure Area: you don't enter the wave without water confidence. The aqua leisure area is physically integrated into The Hive and has a visceral link with the wave, it trains children (swim school), prepares future surfers before their surf session, serves as an aquatic rehabilitation tool directly connected with the Health Centre (hydrotherapy, aqua physio, sport-on-prescription ambition), and welcomes recreational & competitive swimming.
Climbing & bouldering
Difficulty wall with graded routes (4a → 7a, beginner to advanced levels) + bouldering area with EN-standard crash mats. Supervised courses, independent access after certification. Ideal synergy for core strength and finger training for surfing.
The fitness & recovery block
One floor for the complete body workout: weights, physical conditioning, cardio, cross-training, group classes (HIIT, hyrox, cardio boxing, mobility), and premium studios for yoga, pilates, meditation. Certified coaches, programmes co-designed with the Health Centre project (ambitions to be confirmed in consultation with the ARS).
Indoor padel
Covered courts for year-round play, regardless of the weather. Online booking, 1h or 1h30 slots, coaching available. One of France's fastest-growing sports.
Indoor skatepark
Covered skatepark with mini-ramp, street modules, beginners' area. Indoor complement to the outdoor skatepark: practice possible all year round, including rainy weekends. Integrated skate school, family sessions.
Trampoline park
Networked trampoline zone, foam pits, acrobatic courses. Family leisure activity + training tool for surfers working on aerial manoeuvres.
Indoor freefall simulator
Vertical wind tunnel for the indoor freefall experience, from age 5. Leisure, competitive freefly, guaranteed thrills. Ambition to offer a unique facility of this scale in Île-de-France.

At the heart of the Village, for those who prefer open skies and nature — breathe in and energise.
Skatepark
Skatepark designed to FFRS/WST standards (homologation to be obtained post-construction). Spaces for beginners to experts, bowl, street and mini-ramp modules. Integrated skate school.
Pumptrack & BMX · the Village loop
Surfaced loop running through the landscaped park, accessible to children's bikes, scooters, BMX, rollerblades. Sport introduction tool for children + training circuit for riders.
Tennis & Padel
Tennis & padel courts, free access or booking. Ambition of FFT-affiliated tennis school (in progress). Coaching available, inter-member tournaments.
Beach volleyball & sand sports · alongside the SurfPark
Sand courts alongside the SurfPark — beach volleyball, sandball, beach tennis. Sand is what completes the wave. Perfect for getting out of the pool and continuing the session.
Driving Lounge
Modern golf target zone, connected practice with targets, ball tracking, friend scoreboard. Accessible to beginners, fun format, great for families or colleagues.
Fitness trail & climbing rocks
1.8 km loop fitness trail through the landscaped park, bodyweight strength stations, natural climbing rocks for outdoor bouldering.
Seasonality
Not a summer park a Village that lives all year.
Spring
Back outdoors after winter: pumptrack, tennis, beach volleyball, fitness trail.
Summer
Full outdoor season + Hive evenings. Intensive children's camps.
Autumn
Transition to indoor: climbing, padel and fitness block pick back up.
Winter
Full indoor season + heated SurfPark sessions.

Everything goes through The Hive
You reach your sport, your activity through The Hive.
No separate entrance, no separate reception: everything opens from The Hive. Changing rooms, showers, badge lockers (no biometric data), coffee before or after your session, friends coming out of the SurfPark, an atmosphere found nowhere else. You're not just coming to do your sport, you're coming to a village.
